These include annual medical check-ups and free vaccinations for dependents, the Kadiwa program that brings affordable and nutritious produce directly from farmers, and financial seminars and wellness activities that promote healthier habits, smarter savings, and overall well-being.

Beyond physical health, Unilab nurtures the employees' sense of purpose through community outreach programs. In Malasakit Drives, employees extend help to those affected by calamities, offering relief and hope in difficult times. Every summer, employees may enroll their children in Batang Unilab programs. Here, kids enjoy workshops and activities -from arts and photography to dance and sports. Batang Unilab lets our employees' kids experience genuine care while sharing meaningful moments they can treasure beyond the workplace.

Through Unilab University, we provide learning opportunities-from interactive in-person workshops to digital courses- that strengthen knowledge, sharpen skills, and nurture potential anytime, anywhere. Rebuilt in 2015, the Unilab Corporate Center (ULCC) is a modern, eco-friendly workplace and home of the Unilab community. As a LEED-certified building for health, sustainability, and efficiency, it offers rare green spaces in the city, including a central garden that hosts major events and provides a quiet haven for employees and guests to recharge and reconnect with nature.
