These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Alagang Unilab Rewards Program ("Program"). By registering for and participating in the Program, members agree to comply with these Terms.

1.1 The Program is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
1.2 The Program shall remain in effect until modified, suspended, or terminated by UNILAB, Inc., subject to applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Only purchases of participating Unilab products from participating stores are eligible to earn points.
2.1 To participate, customers must register through the Alagang Unilab Rewards Facebook Messenger chatbot.
2.2 Members must provide complete and accurate information during registration.
2.3 Mobile number verification through a One-Time Password (OTP) is required to activate membership.
2.4 Each member is allowed only one (1) account.
3.1 Members earn one (1) point for every Twenty Pesos (₱20) spent on participating Unilab products purchased from participating stores.
3.2 One (1) point is equivalent to One Peso (₱1) in redemption value.
3.3 Points are awarded only upon successful validation of an eligible purchase through receipt submission via the Alagang Unilab Rewards Facebook Messenger chatbot.
3.4 Receipts must be uploaded within thirty (30) calendar days from the purchase date, otherwise, the purchase shall no longer be eligible for point earning.
3.5 Only purchases of participating non-promo products qualify for point earning. Promo packs and other excluded products are not eligible.
3.6 Members may upload a maximum of twelve (12) receipts per calendar month.
3.7 A maximum of one thousand (1,000) points may be earned from a single validated receipt.
3.8 Points shall expire after eighteen (18) months of account inactivity.
3.9 Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.
4.1 Rewards may be redeemed only using available points reflected in the member's Facebook Messenger Alagang Unilab Rewards account.
4.2 Members may redeem up to one thousand (1,000) points per calendar month for available rewards offered through the Alagang Unilab Rewards Facebook Messenger platform.
4.3 Applicable transfer or processing fees charged by the redemption service provider may be deducted from the redeemed reward value.
4.4 Points earned through the Alagang Unilab Rewards Facebook Messenger are exclusive to the Alagang Unilab Rewards Facebook Messenger platform only and cannot be transferred, redeemed, combined with, or used through other Alagang Unilab Rewards platforms, including the Alagang Unilab Webstore.
4.5 Rewards redeemed through the Alagang Unilab Rewards Facebook Messenger platform may be used in conjunction with other applicable discounts, promotions, or privileges, including Senior Citizen and PWD discounts, subject to the conditions and/or limitations provided under existing application laws and/or regulations.
4.6 Redeemed points cannot be reversed once redemption has been successfully processed.
5.1 Welcome Treat
5.1.1 Members whose first eligible purchase of at least ₱350 worth of participating products has been successfully validated shall receive a one-time Welcome Treat valued at Fifty Pesos (₱50), issued as a GCash eGift Voucher.
5.1.2 The Welcome Treat is limited to one (1) per member account and may only be redeemed or used on the platform through which it was issued. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, converted, or redeemed across other Alagang Unilab Rewards platforms.
5.1.3 UNILAB, Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Welcome Treat at any time.
5.2 Special Campaigns
5.2.1 Members may earn bonus points, including double the regular points, on qualified purchases as announced by Alagang Unilab Rewards. Alagang Unilab Rewards may also offer giveaways, raffles, or other special campaigns from time to time. Separate mechanics shall apply to these campaigns and will be communicated through the Alagang Unilab Rewards channels.
7.1 By participating in the Program, members confirm that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 UNILAB, Inc. and our respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies (collectively “Unilab Group”) may collect, use, store, process, and share your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Actno.10173) and its implementing rules and regulations, for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions and applicable Privacy Notice.
7.3 UNILAB, Inc. reserves the right to validate uploaded receipts and verify member eligibility before awarding points or rewards.
7.4 Fraudulent, altered, duplicate, illegible, or otherwise invalid receipts shall not qualify for point earning. UNILAB, Inc. reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or deduct points awarded for such receipts.
7.5 UNILAB, Inc. has the right to disqualify members who are not entitled to redeem rewards based on Alagang Unilab Rewards Terms and Conditions.
7.6 UNILAB, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Alagang UNILAB Rewards Program at any time, including but not limited to force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other event that may affect the proper administration, security, or integrity of the Program.
7.7 UNILAB, Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Program or the use of redeemed rewards, except where required by law.
7.8 UNILAB, Inc.'s decisions on participant eligibility and disqualification are final and binding.
