How does it help shorten my cold bout / symptoms?
Zinc helps in alleviating colds symptoms reducing its severity and progression, leading to a shorter duration of common cold.
It is advisable to drink Neozep Z+ after meals to avoid GI irritation such as an upset stomach.
The maximum Zinc consumption is 40mg per day. Neozep Z+ contains 10mg ng Zinc, which is important we don’t exceed taking 4 tablets per day if taken every 6 hours, and avoid taking Neozep Z+ with other zinc containing medicines and supplements.
It is not advisable for pregnant and breastfeeding women to take Neozep Z+. Safer to consult your doctor first before taking.
