Food for Special Medical Purposes For Dietary Management of Protein-Energy Malnutrition associated with Type II Diabetes

For 400 g and 800 g tin cans

GlucoBest™ can be taken as a sole source of nutrition and is especially formulated for adults (19 years and older) in powder format. It is for the dietary management of patients suffering from protein-energy malnutrition associated with diabetes or glycemic disorders. It provides the following:

• Low lactose
• Low Glycemic index
• Has fiber from FOS and dextrin
• Gluten-free
• Sucrose-free
• Fructose-free
• Trans fat-free
• Has 28 Vitamins and Minerals
• Source of Omega-3 (Alpha-linolenic acid)
• High in Chromium

To prepare a drink, add 200 mL of water to a glass and 4 level scoops of powder (52 g). Stir vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved.

Reconstituted product, under hygienic conditions, should be covered and consumed within 4 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.

Recommended intake is 1 to 2 servings per day or, as recommended by a doctor or health professional.

USE UNDER MEDICAL SUPERVISION

STORAGE CONDITION:

• Store in a cool and dry place.
• Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
• Consume contents within four weeks once opened.

• This product is not to be used for parenteral (intravenous) use.
• This product is not for use in children unless recommended by a physician or healthcare professional.
