It contains:
Phenylephrine HCl (Nasal decongestant) reduces swelling and obstruction of nasal passageways including sinuses to improve flow of air and make breathing easier. It also reduces postnasal drip leading to cough.
Chlorphenamine Maleate (Anti-Allergy) an antihistamine that relieves symptoms of allergy such as runny nose, sneezing, and itchy, watery eyes.
Paracetamol is an effective fever reducer and pain reliever for symptoms such as headache.
Phenylephrine HCl + Chlorphenamine Maleate + Paracetamol is expected to start taking effect in as fast as 15 minutes.

This medicine is used for the relief of clogged nose, runny nose, cough from postnasal drip, itchy and watery eyes, sneezing, headache, sore throat, body aches, and fever associated with the common cold, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, flu, and other minor respiratory tract infections. It also helps decongest sinus openings and passages and protects respiratory cells against common cold and flu viruses.
HOW MUCH AND HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU USE THIS MEDICINE?
Adults and Children 12 years and older: Orally, 1 tablet every 6 hours, or as recommended by a doctor.

Common questions about Bioflu® Tablet
Bioflu® is recommended when you experience multiple flu symptoms, or a combination of at least two of the following symptoms: fever, body pain, joint pain, colds, chills, cough and sore throat (from post-nasal drip).
For children and adults over 12 years old, take 1 caplet every 6 hours, or as recommended by a doctor.
For children aged 7 to 12 years old, take 10 mL (2 teaspoonsful Children's Bioflu®) every 6 hours, or as recommended by a doctor.
For children aged 2 to 6 years old, take 5 mL (1 teaspoonful Children's Bioflu®) every 6 hours, or as recommended by a doctor.
Bioflu® is the one solution that provides relief for the different symptoms of flu like fever, body pain, colds, cough (from post-nasal drip), etc. Thus, it is not advised to take other solutions for these symptoms.
Bioflu® can be taken with or without food.
