1. Eat more fruits and vegetables

Carrots, green beans and oranges all have phytonutrients that increase the body’s production of white blood cells and interferon that fights infection and blocks viruses! Try to get your kids to eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables every day.

2. Keep hands squeaky-clean

3. Nap time is a must
