Alagang Unilab Rewards is UNILAB’s loyalty program that allows members to earn points from eligible purchases of participating Unilab products at participating stores. Members can use their accumulated points to redeem available rewards through the Alagang Unilab Rewards Facebook Messenger chatbot.
No. Membership is free.
Register through the Alagang Unilab Rewards Facebook Messenger chatbot. You will need to provide complete and accurate information and verify your mobile number through a One-Time Password (OTP).
No. Each member is allowed only one (1) account.
You earn points when you purchase participating Unilab products from participating stores:
• Regular products: ₱20 spent = 1 point
• Promo Packs: ₱50 spent = 1 point
One (1) point is equivalent to ₱1 in redemption value.
You may earn a maximum of 1,000 points from a single validated receipt.
The Program is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years old and above who purchased participating Unilab over-the-counter (OTC) products at participating stores.
You may upload a maximum of twelve (12) receipts per calendar month.
Receipts must be uploaded within thirty (30) calendar days from the purchase date. Receipts uploaded beyond this period will no longer qualify for point earning.
Your receipt must be clear and legible and should show the relevant transaction details, including the store, purchased products, and purchase date, to allow proper validation.
If your receipt cannot be validated, you may contact Unilab Consumer Care for assistance. Please keep your original receipt for reference.

You may redeem up to 1,000 points per calendar month for available rewards offered through the Alagang Unilab Rewards Facebook Messenger platform.
You may check the available rewards through the Alagang Unilab Rewards Facebook Messenger chatbot. Once you have enough points for a reward, you may select your preferred reward and click “Redeem Reward.” You will then be provided with instructions on how to claim your selected reward, or details on how to participate in or claim the applicable giveaway or raffle, where applicable.
Applicable transfer or processing fees charged by the redemption service provider may be deducted from the redeemed reward value.
No. Points are non-transferable.
No. Points cannot be exchanged or converted into cash
No. Points earned through the Alagang Unilab Rewards Facebook Messenger platform are exclusive to the Facebook Messenger platform and cannot be transferred, redeemed, combined with, or used through other Alagang Unilab Rewards platforms, including the Alagang Unilab Webstore.
Yes. Redeemed rewards may be used in conjunction with other applicable discounts, promotions, or privileges, including Senior Citizen and PWD discounts, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
No. Redeemed points cannot be reversed once the redemption has been successfully processed.
Yes. From time to time, Alagang Unilab Rewards may offer bonus points, including double points, on qualified purchases. Separate mechanics will apply to these campaigns and will be communicated through official Alagang Unilab Rewards channels.
Yes. Your accumulated points will expire after eighteen (18) months of account inactivity.
UNILAB, Inc., its affiliates, and related parties shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the misuse of products or redeemed rewards, except where required by applicable law.
You may check your points balance and available rewards through the Alagang Unilab Rewards Facebook Messenger chatbot.
Fraudulent, altered, duplicate, illegible, or otherwise invalid receipts shall not qualify for point earning. Alagang Unilab Rewards reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or deduct points awarded for such receipts.
